Plastic Hammock / Sewing Cover

Swimming Pool Product Development company has a patented hammock like product designed to be taken into the sea or a swimming pool.
We are looking for a company to make the plastic mesh cover for this hammock. The company will be specialised in making sewn items in heavier grade materials such as bags and luggage.
We will supply the French made material and YKK zips to make an initial sample batch of 10 items. We will then invite you to suggest alternatively sourced components,
If locally sourced components cannot be found we will supply all materials in future.
We also need to source carry-bags sewn to our design from 6 ounce PU coated nylon fabric.
Initial batch sizes 200, increasing to batch sizes of 2000 items.
