Open Invitation to Tenders for Supply of Baby and Children Shoes

I am Dr. Steven Maxwell Jr, the Vice Chairman of the Cameroon
People's Democratic Movement (CPDM Party) the ruling Party in the Republic of Cameroon and the Chairman of the Contract Award Committee ,of this Contract or the supply of children and baby shoes to be distributed by the government in all orphanage homes in Cameroon.We require new shoes, slippers, sandals and all should be of genuine leather. If we can get your price list or catalog that will be good for us so we can actually see all that you have in stock. Our government will be needing seven
hundred eighty thousand pairs (780000 pairs) of both children and baby shoes and the supply contract comes in three phases, the first phase must begin in the month of December with the supply of 250000 pairs, the next phase in January 2011 with the supply of another 250000 pairs and the final phase in march 2011 with supply of 280000 pairs. If youcan handle this contract, please email a price list, cost for the
transportation and delivery of all seven hundred eighty thousand pairs to the Douala Sea port Cameroon. If the contract is handed to your company, you will be required to sign the contract with our government and all payments will be made 100% plus transportation and delivery charges before you begin executing the contract from the month of December. Hence if your company can meet up with this supply please provide us with your detailed catalog and prices plus transportation and delivery cost.
