We are looking for a company that can machine shape shoeinsoles from Eva (ethyl vinyl acetate) blocks from a 3d file. The insoles areground on both the top and the bottom.
The product shape is similar to the images attached and Ihave also attached a blueprint of the product.
We will supply you with blueprints, a 3d file and if the raweva blocks if needed, and also samples of the product we are trying to make.
Are you able to CNC mill or CAD CAMmill innersole size products from Eva inyour factory?
This product we are trying to make is made in Australiaand is selling very well, so it represents a huge market for us if we canmanufacture this product.
PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR EVA MOLDED INSOLES - THEY MUST BE CNC MACHINE MILLED FROM EVA
