Scope of application:
Used for various processing and welding of swimming circle,water bed,gas boat,shading panels and others.
Six characteristics:
1.Stable frequency:
This machine uses internationally industrial bands of 40,68 MHz and 37,12 MHz,which has little interference in the outside. It's in line with China's and international provisions of value.
2.Super strong output of high frequency:
This machine uses a coaxial resonator with low loss,the output power can be regulated freely according to the thickness of finished products. Coaxial resonator can rapidly weld and link finished products,thus it greatly improves the production efficiency.
3.Latest design of its head:
This machine adopts foots stepping two-stage type and uniform pressure-pneumatic using simultaneously type. If pneumatic equipment is adopted,the pressure is big while the loading is smooth.
4.Spark control:
This machine has spark suppressor with high-sensitivity. When there is too much current and the current is out of balance,once spark happens,high-frequency circuit is cut off immediately to reduce the damage of molds and products to the minimum.
5. Secure protection:
This machine has over-voltage and over-current protection. When overloaded and operated improperly,current overloaded electrical equipment automatically cuts off the voltage to protect vibration tube and rectifier equipment.
6. Heating electric equipment and air compressor can be installed simultaneously:
For special processing and energy saving,this machine series can be installed with eating electric equipment and air compressor to meet the needs of specific processing.
