Looking for manufacturer of soft leather baby shoes

We are a UK baby clothing business and have an exsisting client base of 20,000 customers. We are looking for a new supplier/manufacturer of soft leather baby shoes. we are looking for an initial supply of 100 pairs ranging in design colour and size. Depended on the price and quality of the shoes and how well our customers respond to these means further purchases of 500-1000 pairs per month there after.
