1 Purposes

a) Hydraulic motor-driven screw, two-stage pressure injection system.
b) Electric heating for barrel is in independent four-stage mode to ensure quality of melt glue.
c) Fully automatic conveying control system to open and close mold production station at discretion.
d) Back pressure control mode to adjust foaming density.
e) Clamping system is equipped with heavy clamping unit.
f) Two-stage velocity driving disc, stable and rapid.
g) The whole machine is controlled by Japanese MITSUBISHI computer, industrial human-machine interface, imported hydraulic components and seal rings
h) Air-pressure assisting mold release makes products be taken out easily.
i) Safety protection unit ensures safe operation.
j) Operation modes are in two kinds, manual and automatic; except mold opening manually for drawing products, the others operations all can be completed by the machine, high in production efficiency.
