Compared with the ordinary TPR Injection Molding Machine which adopts two electric motors of 22KW each, this machine saves 27.5KW and reduces more than one half of the electric energy.
2).This machine is equipped with a blowing device, which significantly enhances the glossiness of the products and therefore improves the grade.
3). Cost Saving: This machine adopts a 12-stationed turntable, with a cooling mould in addition. This design can prolong the life-span of the machine and reduce the cost while maintaining a sufficient cooling condition. Meanwhile, it can conserve land area and therefore reduce your investment in workshops.
