Model QD2A 4A 6A 8A I. S .Machine are pneumatic and automatical forming machine ,2 4 6 8 sectionns, single gob ,It’s used for forming wide mouth and narroe neck bottle by means of blow-blow and press-blow process .can adapt to the bottle of different ability glass bottle to product the linear need.

Main features :

1.Automatical lubricating ,fixed time and fixed quantity,is adopted.
2.Detachable frame design is adopted ,easy maintenance .
3.Magnetic pulley of conveyor is adopted ,to avoid slide and inclination of belt .
4.Constant cushion mechanism of necking invert is adopted .
5.Quick –change press and blow mechanism Verti-flow .
6.Suspended gear arm of take-out
