My name is Susanne WIchmann-Ost, i am the general manageress of a German Import Company,
Messrs. R. Spethmann Import GmbH, based in Ahrensburg in the northern part of Germany.
We are in the market for babywear and related textile accessories for babies for more than 20 years now.
We do produce lots of articles under our own brandname, Liliput, but also work for quite a number of big clients developing and importing their required baby items under their own brand names.
For one of our biggest clients, a very well known drugstore chain, we are searching for a reliable, very quality conscious supplier of baby soft sole leather shoes.
We are already doing abt 80% of clients babies programme, and client now wants to take up these baby shoes.
We need your best possible quotation and all necessary information for follwoing enquiry:
Babies 100% leather shoes:
upper part 100% lambskin leather
sole: 100% suede velour leather (preferably lambskin as well)
sizes: 0-6 and 6-12 months
Totally 2 designs / one for boys, 1 for girls
each design and size will be ard. 2.500 pairs, so totally 10.000 pairs for the first order.
Permanent repeat orders for follow up styles every 3-4 months are guaranteed.
The leather booties would have to fullfill strict quality requirements. The full list of the labtests required can be sent to you separately.
As we had taken up the project already a few weeks ago with another chinese supplier, client has already chosen the styles as below photos:
(But unfortunately the supplier fails to send the required samples ..). Please note however that all shoes should have the folded brim as shown
on most styles here, not the double layer open edge like on the blue shoe wiht whale motif and the brown shoe with rabbit motif.
So we would like to know if you could supply the below styles (or very similar ones)
and send us your quotation (preferably on basis c+f Hamburg / Germany, including
best possible delivery time for the first order of 10.000 pairs at the earliest.
Packing will be as follows:
1 pair to be connected with a PE-string with hook + cardboard hangtag, then 2 pairs in a simple polybag with white sticker showing art. no. and barcode.
then suitable quantity in strong carton with meas. 60 x 40 x 30 cm.
There will be no individual polybags or boxes necessary.
